R3-Expert Analytics, Inc. has two corporate divisions: GEOSPATIAL TECHNOLOGY and EVENT MANAGEMENT. The GEOSPATIAL TECHNOLOGY division provides expertise in the areas of spectral science, machine learning, and data analysis of multiband imagery. The EVENT MANAGEMENT division provides expertise in implementing charity events, music concert, and website design.
CURRENT PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR
GEOSPATIAL TECHNOLOGY: Robert received a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics from the University of Virginia, an M.E. from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He has over 30 years experience in Research and Development, involving imaging science, imaging spectroscopy, advanced sensors (hyperspectral, multispectral, and Lidar), advanced statistics, data science, and neural networks. Primary applications involve Remote Sensing and Environmental Preservation. He holds two patents and has authored numerous publications.
EVENT MANAGEMENT: Robert has experience in the beginning-to-end management and implementation of musical concert events involving nationally known artists for non-profit philanthropic causes. In 2014, he procured the musical talent of Ms. Jammie Lynn Spears, all supporting acts, the sound engineer used by the Beach Boys, the rental of full sound and light systems, as well as negotiated an agreement with the venue for the event “Healing the Frozen.” In 2015, he procured the musical talent of Ms. Bria Kelly and all supporting acts, and negotiated an agreement with the venue for the event “Salute to Heroes.”
He is also a retired musician and guitarist. He was lead guitarist of the “Northside Invasion” and “Hogbottom Blues” rock/blues bands, as well as for “Country Love”, an original Nashville style country music band.
